Total floor area of the two-storey building is approximately 2500 sqm and 53 parking spaces will be built. Treiali Arendus O\u00dc, Maru Group\u2019s affiliated company has signed a 10-year lease agreement with Windak O\u00dc.<\/p>\n<p>Windak is a world leading specialist in cable packaging machinery originating in Sweden 1994.
