Our workflow system includes steel structures design, project management and the production process in its entirety.

Since 2002, we have been complying with the quality management system certified by Bureau Veritas Certification according to EVS-EN ISO 9001.

Since 2009, our welding processes have been certified according to the standards EN ISO 3834-2 and DIN 18800-7 Class D. Certified by DVS Zert GmbH.

Since 2015, our design and manufacturing process has been complying with the requirements of EN 1090-1 and we have the right to issue the CE marking for steel structures up to the execution class EXC3. Certified by DVS Zert GmbH.

Since 2017, we have been using for production management the STRUMIS software solution, a production management software compatible with the model-designing platform.

Established in 1996, Maru Metall AS is a leading steel structure manufacturer in Estonia and a major supplier to other European countries.

We are committed to responsible production of high-quality steel carcasses, providing our customers with full service from pre-project consultation to production and delivery to the end-customer.

Production is carried out in our plant with a surface area of 10,000 m² located in Ardu village in Harju county. Thanks to consistent investment in people, manufacturing processes and work environment we have been able to optimize production processes to a level where we can ensure the quality of our products at a competitive price.

The entire production cycle of the steel structures is carried out in our plant, which enables us to control the production in all its stages from design to packaging and delivery of completed structures to the clients.

The technical capacity of the plant is sufficient to produce up to 8,000 tonnes of structures per year.

Export

We are an experienced exporter of steel structures, exporting up to 80% of our production to several countries. The company’s major export customers are located in the Scandinavian countries. At the same time, we deliver our products to end customers across Europe, and in case of special projects even further abroad. We transport our products by road, ship or railway, as necessary.

We are open for international cooperation and capable of delivering the products to the end customer regardless of the location or communication language of the parties.
